Messeages for Mikey
Mikey has received several messages of support following his announcement to stand as an MP for Glasgow NorthEast, including many of his old school friends who remember him being interested in politics at school and also from his Big Brother friends and fans. Some of which are included below:
Hey Mikey, great to hear you are still doing well. Good luck with the politics, hope it goes as well as 'The Everything Party' did back at school!
Hope to see you soon!
Damian McCoy
Mikey for PM!
NB: The Everything party was an idea by Mikey for a political party that covered absolutely everything, not just one issue. Mikey even created a hand made poster and put it up on the Sixth Year common room wall, some of the other pupils tore it down, in fact it could have been Damian!
From Ricky:
well done with this campaign so far.
So what's next ?
And what ex big brother stars will be coming up to support
you ?
All the best.
Ricky.
From Mikey:
A few BB stars are interested in coming up and helping to deliver leaflets, more in the appearances section of this website when confirmed.
From Steven:
Hi Mikey, i hope you're good, i have just been on your site
and i'm really glad all went well yesterday at the press conference in
springburn, it's about
time we had another disabled mp down in westminster to fight
our cause, Mikey i wish you all the
best for the forth coming by election next month, thanks
for your time, pass on my regards to the lovely Rachel. Have
a good weekend, take care!
Steven
NB From Mikey:
We certainly do need another few MP’s with disabilities in Parliament, especially when 25% of Glasgow NorthEast has long term helth conditions. Rachel phoned Mikey to say she saw the news and wished him luck, so did Luke.
